Day three in and it was a return to Cheltsizzle and then back to the CBD for more painterly alleyways - whats up with the trend of wedding shots with graf in the background that everyone in Melbournes seems to have a fixation on?
By the end of the day all the walking, painting, walking and more walking took it's toll on the crew. This brotographer was glad for his killer calves and broad shoulders MUAHAHAHAHAH - I AM GENIUS!!
Day two and the crew went to Cheltemham(sp?) where Ironlak had a little something something on and the other members of TMD got down with a few of the DTS boys. One thing I have to rave about with Melbourne is it's public transport system - they got that sh*t on lockdown.
Saves taking in the sounds on his Ipod as we hit catch the Tram and then the train to Chetsizzle.
Um whats up witht he four seasons in one day with this place? Rain, sun, wind and galas....
Ok, so I am going to post up a visual diary of each day I spent in Melbourne. There may be images that I have put up in my previous blog but hey - it's so nice you see it twice :o)
Charles contemplating the run he made us take on the first morning I had in - oh yeah that was good! Te Crew hanging out - thanks to Lady Diva for taking this shot!
Luckily for me Saves (he's in the shot under the railway bridge) got me to go and get some night time shooting in otherwise I would have missed all the fluoro glory.
I have just got back from 5 days of Melbourne goodness and I have to say after assessing everything - Melbs is the business.
Here are some shots from my time there - these are a taster of the shots I got and there will be more to come.
I have to thank my fellow TMD family members for the friendship and inspiration on this little journey. I also have to say thanks to the Ironlak team and all the other awesome Melbournites I encountered over the last few days!!
If there's anything that impresses me more about burners than the scale of them it has to be the finer details that the writers put in that make them AWESOME! Check it out.....
What a crazy weekend and what a freaking awesome Battle organised by Phat1 with a little help from alot of friends/sponsors. Weddings, weather and TV crews could not stop these guys bringing the noise. I'll get some shots of the finished walls up in the next few days....
I come across alot of pretty cool people in my day to day meanderings and I thought I would post up some shots of a few of them. They range from friends to family to people I had just met. All of them are Top Blokes in the words of Cuzzy Tynasaurus, Top Blokes.
